“FOR SALE” signs must be in the
form shown below.
This is the only approved “For Sale” or “For Lease” sign. All homeowners are responsible for
obtaining this sign at their cost.

The HOA board has decided to make the artwork for the For Sale signs more accessible and to revise the design. This gives the realtor the freedom to use their preferred sign maker not just Sign Etc of Charlotte. It is a blank template and the realtor names can be added by their own designer. The text for their name and phone number should be in black. This template is on our resident only website and can be accessed by the resident realtors are working with. They can find it under Documents/MacAulay For Sale Signs.
“Open House” signs for the purpose of selling a home may
be placed between 2 PM on Fridays and 6pm on Sundays.
